wow that is a trough situation. I would just talk to her and ask her if she feels she will be up to all tha she is going to have todo the day of hyour wedding. Instead of just saying you can't be in it because she is in a depressed state that would make her worse I am sure. Ask her if she would like you to go with her to see a doctor or talk to someone... Some professional intervention definitely needs to happen in this situation before something really serious happens. Sorry you are going through this

Honestly I think you should talk to her as a friend and not even bring up the wedding. It seems like she needs help. I would just take it one step at a time.
