Need idea......

Need idea......

for a birthday gift for FMIL. I was thinking of something wedding related. Or maybe earrings that she could wear for the wedding. Even though she isn't much into jewelry. We are very close, so I wanted something special like for my 'new Mom' Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

i'm not sure if your FMIL collects figurines but a Lladro with a mother and daughter type thing?

A lenox / mikasa / whatever nice frame for a future wedding photo of just the two of you together in it? For now you can put a nice thank you poem on the inside.

I like the earring idea... even if she's not much into jewelry... she will definitely want to wear something nice the day of wedding with her dress. Something classic that she can wear again.

Good luck!

Is she helping you get ready on your wedding day? Lenox has this beautiful Mother and daughter bride that my mom gave me, it could possibly work as a gift.

I bought my moma coach wallet/organizer.

It's lilac and embossed with 'c's

FMIL causes my head to ache, perhaps I can get her a ball gag?

j/k

That was a great idea. When I googled, I found this poem. I typed it in navy blue script on white (my wedding colors) and put it in a wedding frame. It looks great. I think it will make her cry.

Mom

You will become my mother
the day I marry your son.
Through our vows, I will express
my everlasting love for (his name inserted here).
You have been there for me from the
beginning and I look forward
to your friendship in the future.
From the bottom of my heart,
I thank you “Mom.”
