need idea for place cards

I Know we will need to change talbe seating at the last minute (people cancel and we need to be ready to move several people with minimal chaos)

I know I can have the calligrapher do names on the outside and then have cards on the inside with the table # so it is easy to just switch the card numbers.

Any other creative ideas that allow last minute switches?
