Need Ideas!!

We are getting married 1/23/10 at Larkfield Manor. Our colors are going to be gold and burgundy/maroon-ish. I would love to do a color 'pop' just can't figure out what color.
Also, does anyone have any candelabra centerpiece pictures or ideas with those colors? I love the candelabra centerpiece look and was going to do votives and rose petals on the tables.
