We have 13 guys in the bridal party and are on a limited budget so can't spend a crazy amount of money. Does anyone have any ideas.. I don't want to spend alot but also don't want it to be cheesy.... Is that possible??

I think it depends on their ages and your actual budget. I have been thinking engraved money clips, or personalized playing cards. I saw both on invitations by Dawn.

We are doing.. a lighter/cigar cutter (all in one) and a nice cigar for each of them.. The lighter/cigar cutter is going to be engraved with each of their names.. I think it's nice, and they can all smoke a cigar to celebrate at the wedding.. Other ideas are: Money clips regular Zippo lighter mugs toiletry set (razor, scissor)
ETA: I really like that idea of the Sporting tickets, and the duffel bags... GOOD IDEA.. hmmmm

We are in the same boat here! We also have 13 groomsmen! FH decided he is going to get them pocket watches from things remembered, and get them engraved. We signed up for the rewards plan, it only cost $2 to sign up, and they send you all sorts of coupons, like 20% off, or buy one get one half off! We have not purchased anything yet, because we are waiting for the coupon for the buy one get one half off! It will save a lot of money,
Here are some of the ideas I gave to my FH for GM gifts:
Sporting event tickets Duffle bag with there initals on it the beer of the month club The shot glasses in the wooden box from Things Remembered with a bottle of liquor that they like binoculars with there initals on the case (from Lillian Veron)
He has not made up his mind yet. I was trying to think of different ideas. I like the idea of getting sport event tickets so they can all have another night out together.

we still havent decided. I want to get something they will use- maybe tickets to a sports game or something. We have 10 guys as well.

I had such a headache with Eddie Bauer, but we were really lucky in that we got them small duffle bags for almost nothing. They were supposed to be monogrammed, I'm really pissed off about that, but they gave me like 50% off because of it.
Try eBay for engraved things. We're getting them the duffle bags and some engraved keychains for $5 each to offest the no monogramming on the bags. Just put in 'groomsmen gifts' and you should find a good amount of inexpensive things.

we couldnt spend a lot due to the number in our wedding party, so we got each guy an engraved swiss army knife from things remembered. they came out great, and the guys loved them.
