Need ideas for my birthday!!

My birthday is next week and I stil have no clue what to do. Give me your suggestions for a 25th birthday--wher to go, etc. Can be Suffolk, Nassau, City, etc. I don't want a place thats crazy expensive or offers only bottle service--not my style. A great place to dance, hang out, etc, but not just a regular bar. Thanks!!!

I really dont go out much anymore ... however how about Savannah's my cousin is the Manager over there and any time I go out I decide to go there. I wish i could help more but I have no other ideas... sorry. Now if you wanted some restaurant ideas that I could help you with!

I like saloon too!! Also a fun place is session 73...they have live bands and they play great music! Check their website for the bands though I don't know if it's every weekend.

I was looking at Sweet Caroline's, the dueling piano bar. They have an open bar package for like $40, all inclusive. Could be fun!

The Cutting Room (in the city) has a great burlesque show - went there for my 26th birthday - had a fab time!!! They called me on stage and gave me pasties, ha!

dinner-i love buddakhan, people make it out to be pricier than it is, but apps are about $8-12 like most places and entrees are about $18-26 and its family style, not HUGE family style like italian places but thai version of family style. The place is gorgeous and food is best ive had in a long time.

Cabana-its cuban food and so good, they have one on 63rd and 3rd ave, also one at the seaport

Tony dinapoli's-italian family style, very good and inexpensive.

Stanton social-you can look up the menu see if its in your price range, not sure exactly how much you want to spend

Serendipity-its known for its dessert but they also have very good food

for going out not sure if you want a bar or club. You can try bars on 2nd ave in the 50's. Such as sutton place, local, turtle bay, metro 53

then in the 30's on 2nd ave theres joshua tree.

Hawaiian tropic zone has a club now and its pretty good.

i can name a bunch of clubs but most have an entrance fee and drinks can get pricey at some, and drinks too. 230 5th is free to get in but drinks are pricey, it has a gorgeous rooftop bar though with great views of the city

this weekend i am going to a friends bday at watertaxi in LIC queens, its RIGHT on the water with amazing views of the city. They made a beach and turn it into a bar or club they do different type of events all the time, special guests, different activities. Here are some pics from their site

I went there last year for my bday... so much fun. I got to go on stage and help them out. Definiely worth it and such a fun place to be with friends

what about a comedy club in the city and then walking around times square ... i love doing that at night, plus everything there is open so late and its always busy
