Depends how long they are with you throughout the day...is it a 5 hr work day for him..or a 12? If it is 12..or around there. I would say $100 is a very nice tip. You also want to watch and see how hard he/she works.

Holly you may or may not see this but I gave my guy $50 but I wans't overly happy w/ him so that is why. If I was satisfied - $75
If I was amazed and over the top thrilled w/ his performance that day - $100.

I will tip 100 to the photographer and 50 to the assistant.. If you think about it doesn't seem right, you actually tip the limo drivers more and they are with you for 3 hours. My photographer will be there by my side all day.
I'm sure he will be worth it.
