Dont use Dianes' Bridal
I bought a bridesmaid dress from Diane's Bridal last year. I was very disguisted with them by the time it was all said and done (and I wasn't even buying a wedding gown)
To make a long story short...the staff at Diane's measured me and insisted I needed extra length (an extra 20 bucks) because I am tall. So I deferred to their judgement and guess what? It was too long! The dress fit perfectly everywhere except in the length. So the staff there said I had to pay an extra 45 dollars to have it hemmed!!(I had already paid for alterations that we not necessary - this would have been extra)
I insisted this problem was their fault and I would not pay any additional charge. Finally, they agreed and told me to come back in next week (just 2 weeks before the wedding).
