I need the number of a good, honest, reliable, home inspector for a house in Roslyn...and someone who I can get quickly...I need someone who I can get to come probably on Monday 6/27.

We used World Inspection Network. Our engineer was Jason Hicks. He was great and we highly recommend him. It cost us $450 including the termite inspection. Here's his info:

He takes about 3 hours for the inspection. I promise you, he is one of the best out there. I heard about him from someone else and refer everyone I know to him. He also does a termite inspection at the same time, he is certified. You won't regret it. It cost about $400.00.

We are right now waiting to hear if our bid was accepted...I called Jason Hicks...he seems very nice...thanks for the recommendation...I have him coming probably on Monday....let hope I get the house!!!!! Fingers crossed! I will let you all know when I hear more.

Jason Hicks was a great inspector...he was reliable and did a very detailed job. He was also very personable and took the time to teach me about the systems of my new home. I was absolutly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector...we should be going to contract today and the papers should all be signed and with the lawyers by the days end. I am so relived and happy. Now I just have to move! Uh!

We used Tim Gill also. He was fantastic! My Uncle who is a contractor was with us and was very impressed by Tim.
