Need Interfaith Rabbi who is not so expensive!!! - HELP!

Hi girls...

So my FH has been calling several rabbis that have been recommended to him...we need interfaith who will co-officiate with a Catholic priest....he didn't like a few he spoke with. He finally found one he liked today who many of you on here have used....Rabbi Roger Ross website is www.lovingheartsceremonies.com...

Anyway - Rabbi Ross costs $900!!! I know this is apparently the norm but that is just ridiculous to us. We did not budget that much for a rabbi. Looking to spend more like $500...does anyone on here know of someone who is cheaper???

Please let me know. Would be greatly appreciated!

ETS:
the average cost for a Rabbi or Cantor on Long Island is $600-1200.

the cost is on the higher end for interfaith ceremonies

Rabbi Michael Ehrlich. I think he's $600.

I can ask my rabbi. Hhe doesn't co-officiate, but he knows rabbis who do.

we're using Rabbi Frank Tamburello (recommended by Pastor April on this site) to officiate our Greek Orthodox/Jewish wedding. He charges $450. [email protected]. Good luck!

I can ask my rabbi. Hhe doesn't co-officiate, but he knows rabbis who do.

thanks for the info but I find the higher end price totally appalling! My priest is doing it for FREE!

We are using him for our interfaith wedding and he's great!

I am using Dr. Ed Goldberg. He is not a rabbi but an interfaith officiate who is Jewish. We met with him Saturday and I LOVE him!!!! We wrote our ceremony and it's beautiful. He is very warm and funny. His fee is only $175, he lives in the city but I think he is willing to travel. FM me if you want more info.

We are an interfaith couple too. We are using Cantor cohenI'm pretty sure he works alone or with other officients. I know his partner is Fr Joe we are using both of them, I could ask if they also work without each other.

Rabbi Applestone is $500. I was going to use him but i am going to use Rabbi Honigsberg and his wife who is a priest

I'm using Rabbi Charles Davidson. I think he's 700 and he's in the city.

I highly recommend the cantor we used, his name is Cantor Harris Cohen and he is a vendor on here. Usually he costs about $500 I think.

He did an amazing job!
