Need invitation (grammar) help???

I am finally getting to order my invites and am nervously doing so online, (but saving major $$$) just want to be sure I have everthing correct.....

1) do you capitalize 'two thousand and four' if it is on it's own separate line?
2) Do you say 'on Sunday the tenth of October ' or just 'Sunday, the tenth of October'
3) is six-thirty hyphenated?

on Sunday, the tenth of October

Two thousand and four

six-thirty

That's how my invite is formatted & I took it from an invitation etiquette website.

1. the year should be capitalized
2. Sunday the Tenth of October
3. six thirty should read at half past six in the evening or six thirty in the evening (capitalized of course)

I would leave 'on' out

I just wrote, 'Sunday the tenth' - I didn't like how the 'on' looked...

I put 'half past six'
