need invitation help

im making an insert for the 2nd choice hotel for the OOt guests

how could i word it being that thye dont give you the inserts

i want it to sounds nice..

well not too nice..just kinda nice

heres the story

FH family ( the midwestern folk ) thought $100 a night was too expensive for a hotel so i got a bock and a hotel that is literally 3 minutes away its a HOJO..i know..but its $59 a night too

and now i have to make a nice insert for the invite

so HELP ME WITH WORDING

How about..

I agree with that wording - on my DIY hotel cards we got an reasonably priced Mariott hotel but they are offering us two choices of rooms at two diffrent prices. I am not mentioning the prices on the card and let them find out when they call the hotel.

However we are making it clear by word of mouth that if you don't stay at the Mariott we chose you won't get a shuttle bus to the RH.

thats my thing

my main hotel is at the wingate inn and they provide shuttle to and from the hall

but the other one that is cheaper does not..how would i word that

because i already have the inserts for the one hotel with the shuttle
