Need your help. My 1st fitting pics are in my album. (I'm not wearing the headpiece though, so I'm not quite as 'sparkly'.) Can't figure out what type of jewelry to wear. The seamstress at Kleinfeld suggested no necklace, just earrings, but my ears aren't piereced, and I haven't found any clip ons I like. What should I do?
TIA!!

Re: need jewelry advice
and you are wearing your hair half up half down, right?
i don't think you look bad with a necklace at all! in fact, you can barely see the pearl drop you have on...
Idk. do you want to wear a necklace? do you have one that is special to you? I think you could wear one with the dress, but it should probably be an 18-20 incher based on the neckline.

you look gorgeous! I think you should get a necklace... it doesn't have to be over the top, b/c there's beading on your dress already.

Re: need jewelry advice
I think it would look nice with a simple necklace...i also like earrings...they sell things to convert pierced earrings to clip ons...so maybe you could find a nice pair of chandeleirs and converts them?? just an idea...your dress is beautiful by the way!!! good luck!

I love you dress, I think you go with a necklace or not-either way I dont think its going to take away from the dress. I would wear a very simple necklace that almost shadows the neckline of your dress-or earrings if you find ones that you like

I love your dress!! I think you could go with a necklace especially because your dress is a v-neck. HTH

Re: need jewelry advice
the kleinfelds lady is being silly.... i think a simple necklace (someone mentioned a solitaire) would look stunning. Its just a little something extra and would look great with the v-neck of the dress.

Re: need jewelry advice
you're not an earring girl.... ignore what she said, and get a necklace... even better, borrow one from your mom or another family member, and make it your something old or something borrowed!
I wore the pearls mom wore at her wedding.... it looked great, and has more sentimental value than any recent purchase could.....
I think the length of the necklace in your pics is perfect

Funny you should mention it. Just got back from my Dad's and borrowed 2 necklaces from my stepmom. I'll decide which one to wear on the day of my wedding. Another thing checked off the list. Thanks!!!
