I got a call this morning on my cell phone from a recruiter at a company that I'd love to work for. I have no idea where she got my resume, but she did and she called about an opportunity they have. She didn't go into detail. It's a large company, and it's not a headhunter.
I called right back and left her a message with numbers of where to reach me....she hasn't called back yet.
Do I call again??

Yes but make sure it's a real position. I have had recruiters trick me into coming in. Sorry to any recruiters out there! But it has happened to me.

My uncle used to own a number of recruiting co's, and yes, they will do anything to get you in there. The position probably really exists, but be prepared to be treated a little like cattle (also no offense to any recruiters!)

But it wasn't a recruiting company that called me...it was HR from this specific company. Still think it's this type of thing??
