and FH's dad is not doing well at all....he's got cancer and the doctors just told us his heart is very weak and will probably give out in the next day or so....

He was only diagnosed 5 months ago! He got so bad so fast! All FH wanted was for his dad to be there to see us get married. And now we may have to bury his dad and get married all in the same weak....I feel sick!!!!

So please send lots of hugs and prayers...we need them.

I won't be on much - leaving work soon to head to the hospital to be with FH and his family.

Could you get married in a ceremony at the hospital - so he knew his son was married to the woman he loves and he could be present for the nuptials?

Oh wow, this is a horrible situation to be dealing with at any time, but with having your wedding soon too it must be even worse.

I can only say that my prayers are with him and you & your FH. God bless and I hope it all works out *somehow* in the end. Hopefully he can at least see you get married.

Oh sweetie, that is so horrible. My heart is sick. I feel so bad for your and FH's situation. Is it a possibility that the priest can go to your FH's father's house and marry you guys before him and then marry on your wedding day? You will certainly be in my prayers. I hope a miracle happens, because that is the saddest thing I have heard in a long long time.
