NEED MAJOR HELP RE: VenDOR INSURANCE

Ok, My band does not have insurance so he went to purchase it, and they told him min prem is 1500.00!!!!!!!!!!

This is insane...he cannot afford that, nor can I...ANY SUGGESTIONS as to WHERE he can get insurance cheaper, or ANU SUGGESTIONS AT ALL would be most appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
