NEED MASSIVE PRAYERS.....updated

I got the call as I was updating the ww thread that my grandfather isn't doing well. He was playing cards with his friends and had a massive heart attack. He is on a ventilator in FL and unfortunately only my mother and aunt are going down. It's not looking too good. Please please please pray for my grandfather. I don't think I asked for prayers before, but I really need them now.


Update...I just spoke to my mom a little while ago. The neurologist is coming in the morning to arrange the paper work for my pop-pop to be taken off the vent. I tried to book a flight and I missed all of them. Maybe that was his way of telling me he didn't want me to see him like that...idk. This really *****...my sisters wedding is a month from today, and i just wanted him to at least make it to hers.
Tomorrow is going to be a long day....luckily FH doesn't have to be at work until 3. He's on his way out.....at least now I have some company. I can't thank you enough for all of your prayers and comments and FM's.....im just not in the mood to talk to people and just reading everything from all of you is such a big help....

thanks girls....i'm just devastated that I can not be there. There is nothing more that I want in the entire world then to just be there and be able to (if I have to) say goodbye....and to top it off, tomorrow is my first day precepting for school and I am on a vented cardiothoracic CCU....so i'll be dealing with a patient that is most likely, in a similiar situation as my gramps.....i just can't do this. IDK if anyone remembers, but he had open heart this summer and it was a disaster from start to finish...he finally got back on his feet and left for FL with my grandmother. No one wanted them to go, but that's what made him happy.....I just wish with everything I have that I could be there and i'm stuck here
