Need menu advice from brides and especially from past Crest Hollow Brides

Hey girls,
If you’re a past Crest Hollow bride, I would love your advice on what you chose to have at your sit down dinner, and whether or not you would recommend it, or go with something else.
I would also love to hear what the rest of you would prefer as well.
Here is what’s on the menu: (Please choose one of each)

Roast Prime Ribs of Beef Au Jus served with fresh herbs

Veal Piccata-tender veal prepared with fresh lemon and white wine
Or
Medallions of Chicken Maison-rolled and stuffed with Fontina cheese and fresh spinach

Chicken Chanterelle-With Sautéed fresh mushrooms and seasoned grains
Or
Norwegian Salmon-Baked with fresh dill or sauce dijonnaise

St. Peters Livornese-Flaky white Tilapia prepared with plum tomato and fresh Garlic

Sorry I would help you, but I haven't tried the food there yet and my wedding isn't until August. I'd be interested in what other people have to say though

well i'd prefer

Medallions of Chicken Maison-rolled and stuffed with Fontina cheese and fresh spinach & Chicken Chanterelle-With Sautéed fresh mushrooms and seasoned grains out of the OR's

as for the red meat, i don't remember exactly what 'cut' i had when I was there for a wedding but man was it good. very tender and rare (just the way I like it)

I personally wouldn't do 2 fishes. See if you can even do a vegetarian (if you don't already have it)

I dont know if this will help but I think you should give everyone an option of meat

Meaning

Roast Prime Ribs of Beef Au Jus served with fresh herbs

Veal Piccata-tender veal prepared with fresh lemon and white wine

Chicken: I would do this chicken only b/c the other has cheese that many may not want-this one if you have a guest that does not like mushrooms they can push them to the side

Chicken Chanterelle-With Sautéed fresh mushrooms and seasoned grains

St. Peters Livornese-Flaky white Tilapia prepared with plum tomato and fresh Garlic

Hope this helps-

My husband ordered the filet mignon,,he said it was pretty good. I did hear one complaint that it didnt taste like filet mignon but Chateu Briand?? So I dont know..
I picked the breaded chicken with a sauce on top I dont really remember the name. The food from what i heard from my guests was pretty good. FM me if you have further questions
