There is one in New Hyde Park off of Hillside Ave. and one in Rocky Point on 25A. Those are the only 2 I know of.

I love mini golf.
There's Eisenhower park (nice course)
Cantigue park (pretty nice)
Heartland Golf in Deer Park (really nice)
Castle in Ronkonoma (not kept up too well, fun though)
Skydrive in Farmingdale (not kept up too well)
Village Green in Ronkonkoma (really really cool, really hard)

It's Romeo & Juliet and it's part of a driving range. I like that one best! Geeky me started a 'Mini Golf Club' (get the pun) in high school.
