My FH lost both of his parents (his mom just last year) and his older sister to cancer. Needless to say his family has been through enough. He would like to dance with his other sister at the wedding and I need a song. His sister doesn't know we are going to do this.

I LOVE this song. It will be my FH's dance with his Mom, but in this situation I think it will be a major tearjerker. I mean, I cried thinking about it!!!
I love the idea of 'I Hope You Dance' which I think isn't Martina McBride, but in any event, it's a great song for this situation. I think of it as if your FH's Mom, Dad and Sis are saying this to your FH and his sis, but it's not overly emotional. I would go with that.
