Need Opinion

Ok, I bought these Lenox mini gift boxes at Macy's for a SUPERB deal (major % off). I bought them b/c I am a sucker for a good deal. I want to use them as favors, but not sure of...
1-Using them for the engagement party (April 23, 2005)
2-Using them for the wedding (June 29, 2006)

And, not sure if I should put something in them or not. I initially wanted to put a tealight in them, however, they are just a bit to small for that. Then I was thinking, maybe a truffle, or small candy (M&Ms or something like that). Hmmm, just hit me, maybe a Hershey's kiss. Whether it has something in it or not, I would wrap it in tulle w/ a personalized ribbon.

Any ideas/thoughts/opinions? I am open yo suggestions. If you think I should return them, tell me.

Wanted to add, I showed FH theses, he liked them. When I asked if he wanted to use them for engagement party or wedding, he said which ever is cheaper for us we'll do for the wedding b/c we'd be buying more. SO, going to see which ends up costing less. I tried to put in a single Lindt chocolate (my BAD MOH bought a bag of them...in white chocolate, my FAVORITE), and it kinda fits, so may have to see if Godiva makes individually wrapped chocolates and if it fits.

Any other ideas?!?!

Lenox is nice and I know a lot of people that would like them. Personally, they're not my taste and I would end up either giving it away or throwing it out. I know my mom and grandma would love them though!

I would definitely put something in it. I like the truffle idea or Lindt chocolate.

Becareful, truffles melt very easily though.
A solid chocolate like a Hershey's kiss will last longer.
