i just did a search for them on LIW and didn't see anything about them!
I met with Joey and really liked him. We are unsure if we want to go with a younger music theme. He seems great and I have heard both him and his main MC perform at a radio station party.
How were they when they performed? I liked them too. It seems like they would be fun!
I think they were amazing. I work in the media field so I was at a kjoy radio station party. I loved their music and I was up dancing the entire night. They had a lot of 80s mixed in with new dance songs. Their packages aren't crazy priced either. Do you know what they are charging you or what packages they are offering you?
Right now they're offering a package I think it's until March. DJ/MC Team, Full sound/intelligent light show (with LED's), plasma screen TV with 300 digital pictures (they have a photojournalist shooting shots all night, which you get on a CD at the end of the evening), and a 100 picture montage with 2 copies on DVD for $2250. What do you think?
That is the same exact deal i got, and i knew him, so i think that is great. I know that if you like 80s music and you like to have music switched up alot he is the guy to go with. I would def request DJ Joey cause he seems to have the most experience. I think i am going to go with them also, i just am having a hard time making decisions. I would def say that KJOY wouldn't hire someone to run an event unless they were top notch. He also will take a full list of all music that you want and he seems to really want to make the bride happy. I would say go for it, the price is a little less then what i have heard LI sound goes for. So it is still a deal.

Kristi Ann, I definitely think you should check them out. I think I'm going to go with them. I've met with a couple DJ's and none of them seemed to have the updated equipment he has. He said they all wear Armani suits and ties the night of the event too which I thought was very classy, and they won't look like my GM or FH. And, the price they offered me has been lower than the other DJ's I'm looking at.
