need opinion please...usherette

Good morning ladies,
fh and i have a pretty big bp, 7 girls, 7 guys, that includes bm and moh.
i wanted to include my cousins, they are both younger, female cousin will be 15, and younger male cousin 8, 9 by the wedding, i am not extremely close to them, but they are my first cousins, and since they are too old for fg/rb, i asked them to be ushers, (not really sure what that would really entail for them) but it sounded good at the time. now my aunt is asking what they should wear, at first, i was pretty adamant that i didn't want my cousin to wear the bm dress, as she is not a bm, and then everyone would think she is a bm, (and i wanted her to match the bp) but now, the more i think about it, how will i find a similar dress to match, so i came up with this idea, what if i have my aunt order the bm dress and have her tailor (she is oot) tea length the dress for my cousin???

is that stupid, or a good compromise?? honest opinions please...and thanks for reading all that!

who is the designer of the gown? Do they already have tea-length dresses? IMO I would have her wear a tea-length dress in a different color, something that compliments the BMs bc you're right, she will look like a BM.

the designer is mori lee, they don't really have any tea length that matches, i looked into a diff color, but wasn't crazy about any

thanks ladies

still deciding, unsure of what to do, i guess she is technically in the bridal party, but she isn't a bm and i feel pressure from my mom and aunt to put her in the bm dress, so i was trying to alter it a little for my own piece of mind!

dont get me wrong i think it would look great..i just think people will assume they r..she wants them in exact match?if it was a dress in a few shades lighter or darker she wouldnt like that

i think she would be fine with it, but the colors that the dress come in are not cooperating!

I kind of made up that title! unless it's real, i'm not sure

both cousins will stand at ceremony doors and greet people, hand out programs, etc
