I want to book The Wingate Inn (La Quinta) for our wedding night. Need some reviews. How was it? Is it a good choice?
My MOH used that hotel a few years ago (in 2003) for her wedding when it was The Wingate Inn. We stayed there ... it was nice. Nothing overly memorable stands out in my mind good or bad .... wish I could be more helpful.
I don't really know anything about that hotel, but as long as the area outside is nice I think you'll be fine......honestly we were soooooo tired the night of it wouldn't have really mattered how fancy or extravagant the hotel was (at least not for the night of, the HM is a different story! lol). We stayed at the Garden City Hotel- $450 later.....I would have stayed at a different hotel or got a regular room instead if I had to do it over! The 'suite' we paid for was a little dated and IMO just wasn't worth what we paid!
My friend just blocked rooms there for her '08 wedding and had a good experience with the people there.
