Need opinions....

I have someone in my BP who really is top heavy...if you know what I mean.

So I am trying my best to look for a dress where her girls and cleavage don't make a huge presence. Pretty much all the clothing she uses they make their presence known, so I was wondering if anyone came across dresses that may solve this problem.

or do you have any suggestions as to the style of dress I should be looking for.

Maybe a seamstress can add a little extra fabric to the top of her dress?

what about a strapless style but just adding the spaghetti straps? my sil did this for the heavier topped girls....plus it still looked cool

How about one shoulder? Unless they are sooo big that one of them will pop out the side and join the party, I think there should be ample coverage so that you don't have to worry about adding anything to the dress.
