Need Opinions on Save the Dates

I just blocked the hotel room for OOT guests, so I want to send out the hotel cards so they can start booking.

I'm going to buy Save the Date cards to send with it, so my question is:

Is it ok to just send these save the dates and hotels cards to only the OOT guests?
We already had an e-party where we gave out STD magnets as favors. So really the only people that did not get an STD are the OOT guests.

Any suggestions or opinions would be great.
