Need opinions please... (Poll)

During one of the rounds of evolution my wedding planning has gone through, I fell in love with the idea of having a 'How Sweet It Is' theme. During this time, I purchased all the things needed to make sets of 6 wine charms in our wedding colors with each charm representing something 'sweet' (an ice cream cone, a hard candy, a gingerbread man, a popsicle, etc). At the time, I was looking at ways to scale back on the budget and thought these would be nice favors. Now, fast fwd a few months. FI decided he was pretty set against the theme and pretty set on the idea of doing a full bottle of wine per couple. So now I'm left with all this stuff. I was thinking they would make a nice favor for the bridal shower, and my mom suggested tying them on ribbon and adding them to the wine bottle favor. They are both good ideas, but which do you think is better? Thanks ladies!

I say favor for shower...that way you don't have to worry about buying anything for that.

Well, how many do you have? If you have enough to go with each wine bottle at the wedding I'd say go with that and then you won't have lots of leftovers. But if you just have enough for shower favors than that would definitely be cute and you wouldn't have to stress about anything else?

That's what I was thinking... plus I also figured it was something the women would appreciate more than the men (especially since the colors are pink and silver).

Have it a favor for the shower.. and even do the 'How sweet it is' theme then.. everyone could bring you a recipe for a dessert they love to make! I love collecting recipes!

I would definitely use them for the shower favor. Attached to a ribbon on the wine bottlie would look really pretty, but they'll just get thrown out. I love getting wine glass charms as favors!
