I don't know what to do!!! Should we have shuttle for the out of towners to the RH? We are only expecting MAYBE 5 rooms booked, therefore the hotel wont provide comp shuttle. So we'd have to shell out about 500bucks for it. The ppl staying in hotel are all old college friends so they're tech savy and can handle a gps. Is it OUR responsibility to shuttle these ppl... when we don't shuttle our other guest??

Honestly, I'd say no. Part of coming to a wedding is figuring out the transportation. I've never expected to be shuttled from my hotel. Plus if they're using the shuttle they have to be there when it leaves - sometimes they might want to leave earlier and can't if they have to wait for a ride back to the hotel.

Look for a hotel with a shuttle - honestly we are havings alot of guests staying at the Hilton Melveille/Huntington. There shuttle runs about $500 for a 13 passenger van. We decided to go with Transtar for their mini bus for about double the price.
Look into Foxhollow Hotel - they too have a shuttle.\
I know our guests are so happy to have the shuttle option. This way, they can leave their car and enjoy the reception.

If it a just a few college friends I would say no. but if you fell guilty and want to try and provide then with something, maybe look in to a taxi van... might be much cheaper.

Me either! I always had to figure out my own way. We are only having a small amount of rooms booked at our hotel, and we decided against the shuttle. They have to figure it out on their own IMO.
