Need Photo/Video on a Budget.. Not much time left!

Hi.. I'm on a small budget and I need to book a photographer and videographer. My wedding is in September, so I don't really have much time. I'm looking for someone who isn't going to charge me an arm and a leg and is still able to capture the right moments. Oh and they need to be friendly!!

You should check out Capture The Moment! They list pricing on their website and the photo/video package is reasonable! I'm actually meeting with them tonight--just for video since I already booked someone else (Red Sweatshirt) for photo.

Fade to Black was the least expensive I found and they did good work.

Not personally, but I've seen a lot of positive reviews. I don't actually know anyone personally who has used any of the LIW vendors...but, I did meet with a few vendors I found on here and so far I've liked most of them.

For my photos, I stalked the guy's facebook daily and loved how he would shoot someone's e-pics one morning and post gorgeous teasers by the same evening. After we met and he sat with me, going over every detail of what I wanted, for like 3 hours, I knew he was the one.

I'm meeting with Jessica, the owner at Capture the Moment tonight. She does the photography herself, along with an assistant. She doesn't do the videography, so I told her I'd like to meet the guy (Craig) who would be doing that to see if we click. Personalities and attitudes are almost as important as talent because you're with these people all day long. Just my two cents. :)

P & M Photography (still shots only) $700 for 8 hours. 20 Retouched photos and disk with all pictures.

ETA: No books.

This!! Met with Jess and Jackie and loved them. Have not booked yet but we probably will!

Also, ADA is great and will really work within your budget!!

We're also using Halo Video. They were very reasonable and we did a LOT of searching around for a good price!
