I know this post has been done before but other than the Holtsville Ecology site is there any other places that you guys can think of???
Also does anyone have the info for the ecology site?

Not sure if this is convenient for you, but have you considered the Vanderbilt Museum in Centerport? -- besides some great outdoors shots, they have some nice indoor locations (architecture wise) if it rains. Might be worth a look-see.
