need placecard help ASAP

Help!
I'm just now sitting down to do my placecards and I realized I have no idea what goes on them..

Is it John and Jane Doe or
Mr. & Mrs. John Doe or
Mr. John and Mrs. Jane Doe

Okay, i know the third one is wrong.. but how do you do it??

I'm doing:

Mr. and Mrs. John Doe

or

Mr. John Doe and Guest


or

Mr. John Doe
and
Miss Jane Smith

I'm not doing titles just because I'm having a small wedding (100 guests) and everyone is family. So it will be either (I can't decide if I should add last names...we're all family or friends, but the hall needs alphabetical order):

Janey and Mark

OR

Janey Smith and Mark Jones
