It also depends on the time of year, day of the week, and time of day ( afternoon or evening )

Lands End is pricey at that time of year. I looked into it and I think the minimum was $150pp

I only saw Majestic Gardens and LOVED it, definitely reccomend. They were willing to work with my budget which was $65pp for a Sunday or Friday night - sadly, they had nothing available when I went. But they are great.

Flowerfield is way expensive. They told me about 120-130 pp and I think that was a sat afternoon. Sat night was like 150-160 guaranteeing 150+ people. I almost fell off my chair. Way too much for us! It is beautiful though.

We booked Majestic for a Saturday Morning. I know there was a huge prioce difference between morning and afternoon but we are paying roughly about $80 price per head.

Price also varies with your guarantee (how many people you guarantee will be there).

ETA: Majestic happens to be very flexible and only allows one affair at a time, which was a big deal to us!

We are getting married at around the same date . For a Sunday I think it was 120 for a day wedding. It you want the Twilight wedding you can pick your own time it's more. We booked in 2003.

If price wasn't an issue which do you feel more comfortable with doing a memorable job.

Best Wishes,

Thomas
