Need quick advice... which layout do you prefer?

For our response cards...

Sorry the quality is so bad. Where do you like the boxes the best?

Edit: another possibility is having it line up with the top line of printed text instead, but still a slightly left margin.

I'm so indecisive and I have to make a decision this afternoon

I like the first one, I think it balances out the copy at top being to the right.

I happen to like the first one the best I can't explain why- maybe its because its the first one I saw of the 3

I originally had #1... but we're sending back our proof with some changes this afternoon, so now is my chance to change the response card.

I'm now wavering between 2 and 3 but I still can't decide

OKkk...... my mom, her coworkers, my grandma and FH like centered although one of my BMs likes right margin.

Speak now or forever hold your piece.. i think we're going with centered
