Need quick cooking help - red potatoes (also called 'new' or 'bliss')

I want to roast them along w/ the pork roast I am making for hubby who is working late tonight. Do I have to boil them first then roast or just cut them up raw and roast? Thanks.

cut them up raw and roast along with it....or you can cut them up and put them in a different pan with some olive oil and herbs (rosemary, salt pepper) and let them roast for a little while on thier own - makes them nice and crispy and delicious!!!!!

by the way - i'm coming over for some - i love potatoes!!!!

Thanks for the reply - I thought roast them raw but wasn't sure. Yes I will put rosemary on them.

I did a rosemary/garlic/olive oil 'rub' for the pork. The apt smells so good....mmmmm (I love the smell of garlic)
