I am having my ceremony and reception at different places. Do I need to have a separate reception card, or can that info go on the invite?

Re: Need reception card?
I have seen it done both ways.....i guess the more 'traditional' way is to have a separate reception card, but you can definetly save $$ doing it on one (im thinking about doing this)

Re: Need reception card?
I recently received an invite that did not have a separate reception card, eventhough the reception was at a different location. It was fine.

I've seen it both ways. You can find many templates on line
I had the invitation say where the ceremony was and then a separate card for the reception.

Re: Need reception card?
I would say go for the reception card...ours is at one place and even though we didn't need a reception card, a few people (but definitely less than 10) were confused as to whether there was a reception... in the end, it might have been better to have had them anyway.

The info can go on the invite, but it might look crowded. To be on the safe side I would do a separate reception card.

I am having both at the same place and put it on the invite on the bottom: Reception immediately to follow.
