Need recommendations for restuarant in BAYSIDE for

rehearsal dinner -

Any suggestions?

Bourbon Street is good and fun, not too pricey, and they have private room(s) I believe.

There are tons of nice restaurants on Bell Blvd. How about Donovans or the one that was formerly named First Edition?

Papazzios has a private room for parties...so does the newer restaurant 39 East.

What kind of price/atmosphere? I love Donovans, Bourbon Street, Papazzios maybe Uncle Jacks ($$$)

We searched extensively for a place in Bayside for a rehearsal dinner, since we got married there. I would recommend either Tequilla Sunrise, Pappazio's, or Bourbon Street. We ended up going with Nick and Maggie's and were extremely happy! Everyone loved it, the food was excellent and the service was superb. It isn't far from Bayside at all. You might want to check it out:

Somebody here had it at Marabella (I forget who) but they said it was great.

there is one right off bell i think it is called Monohans i do not know how to spell it though.

I had mine at Monaghan's. They have a large private room upstairs. The prices were very reasonable. After the dinner, a bunch of us had the 'after-party' downstairs at the bar!

Or what about Ernestos' on Francis Lewis (close to Holy Cross), great food, they have a small private room and reasonable.

Pier 25 A has awesome food too...something to look into.

What is First Edition now called?

I second Mythos on Northern Blvd., they have a private room in the basement thats pretty nice & the food is really good.

thanks for the recommendations girls - we've had a change of plans - so the rehearsal dinner is in Astoria - no rehearsal though - so it is more so of a get together for the bridal party - AHH - things cant be simple can they??
