Need serious help!

Need serious help!

Ok, embarrassing to admit, but me and FH forgot to pay our cable bill and they turned it off today. I know, our fault for spacing it out, with the holidays and the wedding planning we just goofed up. So we did a check by phone with them today and they made an appointment to turn it back on ......... SUNDAY!!!!!

NO TV and NO COMPUTER

what the HECK are we going to do all weekend?????

Help any ideas for some fun non-technical things to do????

Yeah ... I am thinking of stopping at blockbuster and renting a bunch of XBox games!

we have a few aol free 54000 minutes disks... LOL

ugh...my roommate did this to me...it turned out she was mailing in my check...but not paying her half...and the bill got to be $500+...and they turned it off...which was bad b/c DH was living with us at the time and he needed access for work (he was at a 24/7 website)

it was a hard week

My mom is in NJ, but we could go to his parents I suppose. Whats worse is he is workign Friday and Saturday night, so I have the house to myself! I have plans with my MOH most of Saturday, but not at night... I think I might try to find a good book to curl up with.

I would call cable about every hour or so tonihgt.. sometimes they have cancellations and fit you in earlier..

in the meantime rent videos and play games.. hey CVS has some sexy dice!!

FH and I did not have cable or internet for the first 2 weeks we lived here. We ended up putting on cd's of our favorite musicals( we are both singer/actors) and playing all the roles. It was alot of fun. I'm sure our new neighbors thought we were crazy.

Well, we ended up making dinner together, straightening up, we sat after dinner and just talked for awhile, and then played a new video game. then we watched 'bruce almighty' before bed.

It turned out to be a really nice night
