Need shoes/boots for cold and snow

I need shoes or boots that don't make my feet freeze. For my job, I'm sometimes outside and in the snow and the hiking shoes I have on right now seep all the coldness right in. I need a new pair but don't know what to get.

I have a pair of Columbias too. Very good and I have to say that I have been pretty 'surefooted' in NYC too.

I just got a pair of Uggs...I was nice and warm this morning!!!

I have timberlands. They are making a lot of fashionable boots now.. they are waterproof and warm.. which is great for the nasty slushy-brown sludge that happens when it snows and starts to melt.

I really love them- super comfortable...

The uggs are warm- but water seeps through.
