Sorry girls...as you can see i am totally out of my element here. At the last minute my aunt has thrown all this responsibility on me for planning my cousin's shower so i NEED YOUR HELP Thanks in advance At your shower and the showers you have been too...what did they have in terms of drinks: was there an open bar? if not, were there drinks on the table (i.e. pitchers of soda)? if not, did you order your own drink? was there any alcohol? if so, did you order it yourself or was there a bottle of wine on the table? was there champagne?

The ones I have been to had unlimited soda and wine. I have never been to one that had an open bar - but that would be fun!!

Dumb question...unlimited...what does that mean? Did you order it yourself (did the waiter say...you have a choice of blah blah blah) or was it on the table?

unlimited usually means you must order it.
between 30-40 is typical at a restaurant for a full meal- app, salad, main course (choice of 3 usually) & dessert.

OK, champagne toast & punch... Beer & wine... unlimited sodas, too. They would have been wine in the tables if we asked for it, but we were so involved in playing the games & stuff we forgot

we had champagne punch at mine as well as unlimited soda. Other showers I went to had bottles of wine on the table which is also nice. I think just soda is fine though
