I just got a call from one of my BMs and she's pregnant. I am really really happy and excited for her. Unfortunately, it looks like there's a pretty good chance that she won't fit in the dress (she will be about three months at the time of the wedding). She said that she is going to look into getting it altered, or have some extra fabric put in, but she couldn't zip it up past her chest one month ago before she even knew she was pregnant, so it's pretty unlikely it can be altered. If she wants to get a similar dress in her size to still be able to be in the wedding that's great, but I don't want suggest it since she already paid a ton of money for a bm dress she can't wear. Do you have any ideas about how I can still include her? Also, The bridal party was uneven before this so I am a little stressed about how the pics and everything else will turn out since there will now be 3bms and 6 groomsmen!! Do you think this will look really weird? Please help! TIA.

I don't think it would look weird at all. I would just let her get her dress altered and/or suggest that you may be able to find another dress. If there is someone else you had in mind, maybe you can ask them to be in bparty and have them buy her dress.

I was in a wedding where they ordered one dress 6 sizes too small. The store ordered extra material and they added a panel to the dress. Maybe you can do teh same thing with her dress

I don't think three to six will look weird at all... Two groomsmen for each bridesmaid.
Did any of your other bridesmaids dresses come in too big? If so, maybe they can salvage some material from the other girls dresses?
Did the dresses come with wraps or shawls? That may be a good source for extra material also.
