Need some advice.....
So we set the hotel block of rooms in the beginning of the year.
We just sent our invitations our w/ the inserts provided to us by the hotel. I gave our Wedding Party a heads up on the hotel info and wedding group code, and rate. So yesterday I find out (after receiving a bunch of phone calls from my wedding party) that the hotel was not giving the rate that was on the insert.
Long story short we checked the contract we signed against a couple of the remaining inserts and the rates were different.
Which rate do you think should be honored? I understand it was an honest mistake on thier part but all the invites have gone out and this is frustrating for people who are going to call and make reservations.
I'm currently waiting to hear back from the hotel...![]()
