Need some advice

Need some advice

OK so I have a florist I am booked with that I am not happy with their customer service. At first they were really nice and sweet and I felt like I connected with them. Since I went for my design session I felt horrible to the point of tears. I was not happy with my service and felt like the lady was all over the place, she didn't get my vision at first but I had to add more flowers which costs me more money that I didn't want to spend. They will not work with me, The manager was so rude and didn't even acknowledge me. I don't think I was being difficult at all. I just had a few concerns since I wasn't happy with my centerpiece as much.

Can I cancel this vendor and get my money back?? I know I will lose my deposit but I just want the rest of the money back because I feel like for what I was going to pay I can get soooo much more from another florist. also Who do you suggest that do great tall centerpieces. Thanks!!

I think it might be a fight for you to get your money back, how much money are we talking?

flowers are very important to me, depends on how important they are to you, seems like from your post they are important enough

Depending on how much money I was losing, I would probably try to find another florist

If you are able to cancel without losing much, I highly rec my florist, Dana at Stylish Events. Her high CPs are amazing and all so different, they always look very 'platinum weddings'

How much did you already give?

First check your contract.
Did you bring pictures with you? Sometimes that helps if they don't get what you're trying to say.

i agree with this.

unfortunately, depending on how much money you've given, you might be out of luck. but if you're willing to, you could always put up a crazy fight.

I did pay a good 60% of my balance already and I know its alot of money. I just wasn't sure if I would be able to get my money back minus the deposit. I did bring a picture to them and they still couldn't get it right. They were just rude and I really didn't expect that kind of service since they were so nice when I came for my initial interview. It sucks how vendors can change on you. I will probably end up being stuck with them, it doesn't clearly say anything on the contract about canceling. I am so confused on what to do.
