Tonight we're not going out to dinner , well actually I've decided to cook... ...any ideas? I'm at a total loss...I've really worn out the pasta thing!

I'm making hamburgers and hot dogs on the bbq. Something quick and easy!

Take chicken breasts an marinate them in italian dressing-they are so good this way. Put them on the grill or broil them. Then make a veggi and have a salad or rice with it.

My fav is flank steak with Argentinian Chimicurri Sauce, carmelized onions & mushrooms, and some black beans & rice... or roasted potatoes...
OR
Braised chicken with garlic white wine sauce, mashed potatoes and green beans.

breaded chicken? dip in egg wash then bread crumb.. either fry or bake in oven..

some of this sounds complicated...the moment I see the word marinate, I think too much work!
Tacos might be a good thing!!! What about enchiladas? BUt I have no idea how to make that sauce that goes on them! It's not salsa, but it is a red type of sauce that's soooooo good.
