Need Some Help...

I don't have many OOTers at all, so we didn't bother even blocking out any rooms. All the OOTers that will come, are going to stay with family.. lol.
So, now my sister is making me just plan even more... she said that there should be option to an 'after party'... I think that it sounds like a great idea, but the only issue is that there are a few catches. One - the hotel affilated with my RH needs to have a mininum of ten room blocked - and by early March need to have the min. paid to reserve. Two - they will only keep the bar open till 2am if we have the full 10 rooms. And Three - they will only offer the shuttle if it's 10 or more rooms.

Now, I want to make little post-card things to mail out to everyone that we think would be interrested in coming, and possibly booking a room. How can I word this without making them rush or anything, but still be firm, yet cute all at the same time...?? LOL. Any suggestions?

We sent out cards that said

'Rooms have been reserved for your convenience at _____

These rooms will be available only to our guests until ____'

Can you just say.. a room has been blocked at (so and so) for you until (whatever date). If interested please call xxx-xxxxx or email... etc?

I really dunno. I think that is how I would put it. Give them a date if anyone asks why they have to do it before that date..just lie and say it was the hotels policy.

Then again I never blocked any rooms so I dunno.
