i love long hair but mine never seems to look good too long... so im contemplating leaving it short for the wedding.. whats ur opinion?

While your deciding why not grow out your hair and once you find the style you love, go from there

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.... I would say leave it long for the wedding so that you have more options when the time comes for hair styles.... but you have time to chop some off and then have it grow back.
I soooo know what you mean with the long hair though! This is the longest my hair has been since I was like 7! And I can NOT get a brush thru this scraggly mess on top of my head!

I normally like my hair short but what I'm doing is growing my hair out for the wedding, but really long and then once the wedding is over i'm going to donate it to locks of love! Why not get a free haircut out of it?

yea i agree but i can never get mine to grow too much so thats why im thinking of either keeping it short or maybe getting some extensions heres the before and the now of my long and short hair
my short hair pic... has grown out now.. it was just under my ears when i first cut it

I have the exact same problem!! I'm growing it out so I can wear it up, I'm def not a long hair girl! Then right after the HM, chopping it all off.
IHMO, if you're not comfortable with long hair i.e. you think it doesn't look nice, don't grow it out to wear it all long and flowy for your wedding day. It's just not YOU.
And BTW, in the pic of you and FH, I totally would consider your hair long... Shows how much I know...

You should def err on the side of caution...you have 2 YEARS!!!! I would def at least try to grow your hair out...I totally agree w/ Kim that you have much more options w/ a stylist w/ longer hair....first comes to worst...have em cut it after your hair trial....

keep in mind also that my hair is VERY long... I've had my hair all lengths and I def grew it out specifically for the wedding..but i'm slightly insane so you might not want to listen to me

not necc. extensions, but you don't need it down to your butt for them to be able to do good stuff to it...the pic that you showed before is a good length, and JMO better suited to your face than the shorter cut.
They can do plenty of styles w/ hair that's just passed your shoulders
