Need some help, please

I need some ideas for my menu cards and programs, those of you girls that made them please help me out,

What info did you include?
How did you assemble them?
Were your menus booklets or just one sheet of paper?
If just one sheet, what size?

Sorry, I'm just confused on how I should set it up.
Thanks very much!
