I ordered my dress and it arrived yesterday. I tried to make an appointment to pick up the dress and they won't let me do that until the end of September because they are so booked. I don't want to get my alterations done there. I literally just want to pay for the dress and leave, why do I need to make an appointment for that? And why do I have to wait almost a month to even see my dress?! Does anyone know if it's possible to just go get the dress and leave? Thanks!

I didn't go to RK I went to another one similar in principle.
I had the same situation, I didn't want alterations done by them.
They made me make an appointment to try on the dress and make sure it was what I wanted. and if It wasn't to convince me that I am wrong lol
oh and to tell me that I should be careful not to sweat too much in it during trials.
Its just a little thing called customer service they can't seem to get right.

I would tell them that you are going to be out of state for a while and you must come and get it.

The only thing I could think of is that they want you to try it on to be sure its the right dress and right size.... I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to get it!
