So my wedding colors are red and black. Oriental Trading just sent a catalog that has black hexagonal bubbles that I was going to wrap a red ribbon around so that guests can use them after the ceremony...
Here's my issue...they are currently out of stock and I can't seem to find them any other place. The customer service person said that they SHOULD be back in about 8 weeks...my wedding is at the end of July. I found that someone is selling them on ebay, but for just about triple the price.
Should i just get regular bubbles and say 'screw it, it's just bubbles'? Or, should I get them from the ebay seller? Or, should I wait and see what happens and if they are back in stock then I order them, if not I order another color?
My FH is of no help as he seems to have no opinion on anything wedding related (can you tell I'm slightly ticked off with him )!

I wouldn't chance it and wait the 8 weeks because if they are still out of stock then you'll be screwed. Definitely don't get them from ebay for triple the price, you're right they are just bubbles and people will only be holding them for a total of 15 min tops. Save the money for other splurges!!!

this is your best bet its not worth stressing out last minute if they dont arrive and then having to wrap the bubbles in a rush

i agree... matching your color scheme would be nice but not noticeable enough to spend triple the money.. wait the 8 weeks and if they aren't in by then but the regular bubbles and put a black and red ribbon on them

I think that's a better idea. it's only bubbles! or you could print a custom label or sticker to put on them with your wedding color and screw the ribbon altogether.

i would just get regular bubbles. i wouldn't spend triple the price on something insignificant like bubbles
