We've decided we want a 'Great Gatsby' style wedding. The BM dresses will be of the era, my dress will 'sort of' be of the era, the tuxes will, our invites too and I'm changing the CP's to ALL WHITE roses, instead of the colors.
What other elements can we include w/out making it look too themey?

Perhaps a signture drink at the bar? that may work. other than that, it sounds like you have enough ideas to have the theme shine through. Perhaps something with the favors as well? I haven't read the book in a while though....
watch the movie- maybe some ideas will pop up. Other than that, just try to look and act really really rich! LOL

Signature Drink is a good idea - maybe have two and call one East Egg and one West Egg? Or the Green Light? edited for clarity
