I know I have plenty of time to plan our HM...but I wanted to get some thoughts from you girls. I would totally love to cruise, but I am concerned with the timing. We are getting married in July 08 and I am worried about hurricane season. So we are thinking Hawaii or Europe. Any thoughts or experiences you can share? Thanks!

Re: Need some ideas....
Hello
FH and I are getting married in July of 07. We decided to do a Meditteranean cruise with Norwegian. We just sailed with Norwegian in April and loved it, so we booked our honeymoon cruise last week We got a great early booking price, including $100 state room credit! And the deposit is refundable if we change our mind before the deposit is due. But I am pretty sure we will stick with this cruise. We needed something that was only a week and it visits ports in Italy and one port in France, leaving from Barcelona Spain. There are longer cruises if you have more time to spare, but we are having a destination wedding and spending the first part of our honeymoon in Disney World.
Thanks!! That site seems really helpful. Do you have to worry about the hurricanes with the cruise you are taking?

Re: Need some ideas....
if you opt for a cruise, don't worry about hurricane season b/c the ship can steer (no pun intended) clear of it. Those are words from a TA, not me. Other destinations...I felt somewhat limited, too...but came up with:
Hawaii (can't wait) Tahiti Aruba Europe
I think it depends on what you want. Do you want to veg on a beach or be on the go all the time?
